US Consul General visit

In March, we hosted the US Consul General, Sharon Hudson-Dean. Sharon gave an incredibly inspirational talk to our Year 10 – 12 students about careers in diplomacy and the positive power of cultural programs.

The lively discussion covered everything from Louis Armstrong, Ozomatli, and Danai Gurira to the UN, LGBTQ+ rights, China, and the fall of the USSR.

Sharon thought there may be a few future Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade diplomats among our students!
