We are an independent, non-denominational, co-educational K – 12 school. We offer performing arts & performance sports streams with an equal focus on academic rigour.
We offer a range of programs in performing arts and performance sports with an equal focus on students’ academic studies. What sets us apart from any other school is that our performing arts and performance sports streams are integrated into the course of a normal school day with students usually spending up to two hours a day in their chosen stream.
We have several programs and events that are open to the public – not just students of The McDonald College – that run throughout the year.
We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet: the Burramattagal, Bediagal and Wangal people of the Eora Nation.
We acknowledge that this land was, has been, and always will be Aboriginal land.
We pay respect to the world’s oldest continuous living culture and recognise their beliefs, their history, and their deep connection to the land.
On this land they taught their children their beliefs, knowledge, and culture.
We pay our respect to the traditional custodians of this land and their Elders past and present and seek to honour the deep history of First Nations education that this land has seen.
