Two Years Running Champion

On 22 August, our students participated in the CDSSA Athletics carnival. Among many great results, on student stood out: Harry (Years 12) was nominated 18+ male age champion for a second year running! Bravo Harry for the phenomenal result! And another round of Bravos to everyone who competed. The overall results were great:

· 2nd in 400m

· 3rd in 100m

Sebastian (7):

· 1st in 100m

· 1st in Long Jump

· 2nd in 200m

Julian (7):

· 2nd in 800m

Abbey (8):

· 2nd in 800m

· 3rd in 400m

Jeffrey (8):

· 2nd in 100m

Coco (11):

· 2nd in 400m

Ruby (11):

· 2nd in High Jump

Harry (12):

· 1st in 400m

· 1st in 800m

· 1st in 1500m

· 1st in Discus

· 2nd in 100m

· 2nd in 200m

· 2nd in Shot Put

· 3rd in Long Jump

These students have qualified to represent the College at the next level of competition – AICES, on September 10th. Congratulations on the qualification and good luck! We will certainly be watching!
