Years 7 & 8 Excursion to Taronga Zoo! 

Last week, our Year 7 and 8 students had an amazing day at Taronga Zoo, exploring the wonders of wildlife!

Year 7 delved into the fascinating world of animal classification, discovering how different species are grouped and identified. 

The students also learned about adaptations and how animals have evolved to survive in their unique environments. There was so much to see and learn! 

Year 8 explored the reproductive strategies, understanding how animals ensure the survival of their species and the importance of zoos in helping endangered species.
