Strength, Respect & Stride: A Powerful Term 2 in PDHPE

Year 10 PDHPE

Excursion to ‘Yes, Yes, Yes’ theatre production at the Seymour Centre.

As part of learning on the current unit on ‘Relationships’, students attended a live theatre production this term. Yes Yes Yes  is an award-winning show specifically designed for senior students, dealing with the difficult area of consent. Read more about this excursion here.

Love Bites – Relationship Program

Year 10 also engaged in a one-day Love Bites program this term. The program creates a safe environment for young people to explore and discuss respectful relationships. Taking a strength-based approach, Love Bites Senior encourages youth to actively participate in their learning, develop skills, and make informed choices in their relationships.

Year 12 – Wellbeing

Tomorrow Man/Tomorrow Woman Incursion

Building on the success of the first two modules, Year 12 students continued their journey with the Tomorrow Man and Tomorrow Woman programs by participating in the third module this term. In Tomorrow Woman’s module, Her Edge, students explored their identity, developed confidence in setting personal boundaries, and reflected on the nature of their intimate relationships—both with themselves and others. Meanwhile, Tomorrow Man’s Next Base module focused on deepening students’ understanding of intimacy and respectful relationships through open, honest conversations. Both sessions encouraged responsible choices, emotional awareness, and the skills to build healthy, lasting connections.
