From dominating major Australian tournaments to delivering standout performances on the global stage, our program celebrates a year of triumphs.

National Triumphs:

Our players left an indelible mark in various national tournaments, showcasing exceptional skills and unwavering determination.

• Ethan Domingo, a rising prodigy, secured the 12&U Doubles title at the Grass Court Championships and etched his name in history as the youngest Australian player to earn ITF points in Europe.

• Stellar performances from Ami Dalla Pozza, Tristan McIntosh, and Ashton Chan, each reaching the finals at the Australian Nationals, underscore the depth of talent within The McDonald College Tennis Stream.

• Sebastian Lavorato’s triumph in winning the Bruce Cup further highlights the collaborative success achieved through our program.

International Stardom:

Suri Suchovsky’s outstanding European summer was a standout feature of the year. Her victory in claiming the first international title in Ireland garnered widespread attention. Recognizing her exceptional potential, Tennis Australia extended an invitation for Suri to participate in two prestigious 12&U tournaments in Florida this December – the Eddie Herr International Junior Championship and the Orange Bowl.

Exceptional Performances:

Chase Zhao’s impressive performance at the 16&U Australian Championships in December, reaching the finals, captured the attention of tennis enthusiasts. His outstanding display has earned him a wild card entry into the J300 ITF event in Traralgon, showcasing his growing prowess on the court and hinting at a promising future in the international tennis scene.
