Trudy Kearns is a Sydney-based dance teacher, choreographer and dancer with over 20 years teaching experience working with children and adults. Trudy has completed her extensive training with the RAD ballet Syllabus completing up to Advanced 1. Her training and experience include Contemporary Dance, Lyrical and Modern Expressive and Jazz Dance Technique.  

She undertook full-time training with with Hilary Kaplan and achieved RAD CBTS RTS 2001, and is an RAD CBTS Mentor. Trudy has also trained under Patricia Stevens, Sarah Minol, Cameron Mitchell, Mat Lee, Jeff McCormack and Marie Walton-Mahon, becoming registered in the Progressing Ballet Technique Program 2017.

Trudy teaches RAD from Grade 1 through to Advanced 2, achieving an excellent standard and results.  Trudy has choreographed dances that were entered into eisteddfods all over Sydney including the Sydney Eisteddfod, achieving excellent results. She also co-choreographed and co-produced productions performed at Disney Land California. Student’s taught by Trudy have been accepted in to full-time courses in Queensland, Brent Street and The McDonald College, in addition to dancing with New Zealand and the English National Ballet.
