Susie Bond, Physiotherapist is at The McDonald College every Monday at lunch time and on Wednesdays at lunch and in the afternoons.

She is available for all dance, sports and performing arts students, as well as parents and staff.

Susie has been a physiotherapist for 30 years, a Pilates instructor since 1996 and a dancer since she was five years old. She is a founding committee member of the Dance Network, in the Sports Physio group in the Australian Physiotherapy Association. Susie is also a member of the Australian Pilates Method Association and the Int. Assoc. of Dance Medicine and Science. She and her team understand the needs of performing artists and dance students.

Services include:

  • Treatment and advice for pain and injury
  • Pre-Pointe assessments and Pre-Tertiary course assessments
  • Dance specific Strength and Pilates-based conditioning exercises
  • Hands on ‘non-machine based’ style of manual therapy, massage, taping
  • Heat moulded Soft Orthotics for school and sports shoes
