Ballet Stretch/Conditioning

Our ballet students from Primary to Advanced 2 level have the opportunity to participate in Ballet Stretch/Conditioning classes on a Saturday morning at the College.

These classes are taken by former Australian Ballet artist, Karina Pobereznic, and have a core focus on the strengthening and conditioning of our dancers to improve their fitness and flexibility. These classes run from Terms 1-3 and trial lessons are welcome for all levels.
