Enrolment Procedure

To enrol your child, kindly follow the procedure set out below:

1. Please fill in an Application form for a Place on the Waiting List.
2. You may do this online however original documents will need to be sighted at interview.
3. Submit the completed Application form for a place on the Waiting List to the College together with:

• a cheque for $100.00 (includes GST) payable to The McDonald College
• photocopies of the last two school reports (no originals, please). This does not apply to Kindergarten or Year 1 entry.
• copies of certificates of achievements in the performing arts - such as examinations passed or eisteddfod results etc. (Not applicable to kindergarten entry)
• two personal references, one for the student, one for the family
• a photograph.

It will be necessary for you and your child to arrange an interview with the Registrar.

 
CONFIRMATION OF ENROLMENT

After you have received a letter confirming the student's place in the College, an enrolment confirmation fee of $2000.00 (non-refundable) is payable.

This will secure the student's position in the College.
