Stephen Clarke

Sydney-based Stephen Clarke worked as a regular House Choreographer for Channel 10’s “Ridgey Didge” until 1988. His theatre credits include Rasputin and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Evita.  He has appeared in countless commercials, dramas and music videos. Stephen toured Australia with Reebok and “The World’s Greatest Dance Spectacular” as well as working with Olivia Newton John, Kylie and Dannii Minogue and Nicole Kidman, before leaving Australia for Japan 1990, and returning to Australia fourteen years later.  Stephen worked in the competitive market of music videos and television commercials and productions in Japan. Stephen’s job description grew from Choreographer/Dancer/Organizer to Producer, Casting Agent, Director, Artistic Advisor, Introducer and Liaison for many Japanese and overseas-based companies. Stephen was responsible for many international events, including:

Diana Ross-“Christmas at the Dome” Tokyo Dome;  Mitsui Cruise Liners. Japan, China, Hawaii, Antarctic, Okinawa, Saipan; Walt Disney (SEGA) Special Events Group Australia. (USA & Hong Kong); Earth, Wind & Fire- Velfarre Live;  Dannii Minogue- “Everlasting Night” Tour;  as well as Cyndi Lauper’s Japan tour; Janet Jackson tour and many more.
