About The Summer School

The International Summer School is Directed by JACQUI DUMONT, ARAD. Adv. Teaching Dip. Grad. Cert. Ed. (Visual & Performing Arts), Former Professional Dancer & Principal of The Outreach Program The Royal Ballet School, London.
These specially devised summer programs offer courses including Classical Ballet, Traditional Spanish Dance, Repertoire, National Character, Contemporary, Jazz, Pointe, Variations and Pas de deux (where applicable), Conditioning and Exercise programs, Pilates, Stagecraft/Mime, Musical Appreciation, Boys coaching and technique classes, ChoreoCraft.
Junior Summer School: Students from 7 to 10 years have the option of a one-week course either week one Monday 11th to Saturday 16th January OR week two Monday 18th to Saturday 23rd January 2010.
Senior Summer School: Students from 11 years to professional level have the option of:
- a two-week course, Monday 11th to Saturday 23rd January 2010 OR
- one week course, Monday 11th to Saturday 16th January OR Monday 18th to Saturday 23rd January 2010.
Places are limited, so early enrolment is essential to avoid disappointment.
Dance Teachers: A wonderful opportunity for Dance Teachers to observe Summer Schools 2010 internationally recognised faculty and join in planned workshops in dance and ChoreoCraft.
